Friendly Visiting - London and Middlesex

Friendly visiting programs provide friendship and shared activities, usually by volunteers, for individuals who feel socially isolated, or have a medical condition or disease for whom companionship offers additional emotional and practical support.

For paid companions see Home Help and Homemaking and In-Home Personal Support. See also Respite Care for Seniors.
