Service Description:

Provides community-based rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
Assisted Living Services
- Provides support services in residential settings 24 hours daily
|
|
Cornerstone Clubhouse
- Day and evening program offering meaningful work and social opportunities for people living with the effects of an acquired brain injury
|
Counselling and Consultation
- Provides clinical consultation from professionals in areas such as assessment of adaptive and functional skills and maladaptive behaviours, development and implementation of support plans appropriate to the environment
|
Outreach Services
- Flexible services specific to the person’s needs are provided in his/her community
|
