Service Description: Inpatient and outpatient mental health services at the tertiary and long-term level 

Services are provided by multidisciplinary teams and include assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, follow-up and referral to other community programs * provides consultation and education to service providers

Adolescent Program - Specialized psychiatric service that provides consultation, education, assessment, treatment, stabilization, and community integration

Ambulatory Care - Provides outpatient services to adults who struggle with multiple complex and severe mental health issues

Assessment Program - Provides specialized inpatient and community-oriented mental health services through continuous care teams

Concurrent Disorders Program - Consultation (inpatient, outpatient and telepsychiatry), inpatient assessment and stabilization, and community liaison of a concurrent disorder (any combination of mental illness and abuse of alcohol and other substances)

Dr William A Tillmann Resource Centre for Families - Provides a comfortable place for families to get information about a particular illness, how to navigate the mental health care system, and coping strategies for dealing with family issues

Dual Diagnosis Program - Hospital and community based program that proves specialized assessment, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and support to individuals and families

Geriatric Psychiatry Program - Assessment, treatment, rehabilitation prevention, family/community support and education provided by a multidisciplinary team, addressing the mental, spiritual, cultural, psychological and social aspects of aging

Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program - Provides treatment of complex mood and anxiety disorders

Psychosis Program - Regional specialized psychiatric program affiliated with the University of Western Ontario provides mental health services to people with psychosis disorders who have not responded well to standard care

Strathroy-Middlesex Assertive Community Treatment Team - Community mental health treatment program provided by interdisciplinary teams with clinical experience in occupational therapy, psychiatric nursing, psychiatry, social work and therapeutic recreation

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Youth and adults, 13 years and older, with severe and persistent mental illness
