• Add new program information using the Suggest a New Service Profile form
• Spread important organizational information using the Submit a News Item, Calendar Event and Job Posting forms

All forms are located under the “SUBMIT YOUR CONTENT” menu on the right-hand side of the page. If you need help filling out the forms, please email editor@thehealthline.ca or contact us.

Once a form is submitted, we will review and post your information on southwesthealthline.ca. This process typically takes one to five business days. Once your information is posted, e-mail editor@thehealthline.ca or contact us to make any changes. If we are not able to post your information because it does not fit our inclusion criteria, we will contact you.

Service Profile Updating Tool
To make the service profile updating process easier, we have created a tool that allows organizations with multiple service profiles to view all their service profiles in one place and to update information at one time. Please use the Health Care Provider login below to access this tool.

Some service profiles on southwesthealthline.ca include additional fields for health care providers and planners. These may include more detailed information about services and the application process. This information can be viewed by using the Health Care Provider Login.
