On Friday, November 16, 2018, Information Network is hosting Helping You Help: Supporting Information & Referral in the South West

Anyone who supports patients, clients and caregivers by connecting them with health and community services needs a trusted source of information. “I & R is like an open book test,” says Kirsti Cheese, Community Connector System Coordinator. “You don’t need to know everything, but you need to know where to find it.” In the South West, the is the place where they find accurate, up-to-date listings.

The event brings together South West I & R professionals from various areas of health and community care. Keynote speaker Harriet Ekperigin (Senior Business Lead, OTN), will speak about Big White Wall, an innovative new online portal that offers peer-to-peer support and resources to people with mental health issues. Attendees will also learn more about regional tools available on, and join in a panel discussion featuring South West health and community service providers:
