Service Description:

Intensive case management services to people with a serious mental illness
Services are provided based on need and are client directed * flexible support and treatment provided using relationship building as the model of service * support in areas such as budgeting, life skills development, advocacy, system navigation, recreation/leisure, self-care, housing, and vocational needs

People 12 years and older who are affected by substance use and dependence or internet, gaming and gambling concerns * clients with minor mental illness are accepted
