Service Description:
|
Hospice volunteers provide companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-limiting or life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes * palliative care education
Bereavement Services- Virtual support groups being offered via Zoom
- One-to-One Bereavement Telephone Support available
Resource Library - End-of-life care collection available for loan * includes literature, audio, and video
