Service Description:

Assessment, consultation, treatment and support to hospitals, doctors, service providers, patients and families living with a dual diagnosis (diagnosed developmental disability who are experiencing a mental health problem)
Program acts as a resource contact providing consultation and information to link mental health and developmental services organizations, supports planning, provides referrals to services in the community
