Service Description:

Support programs and services for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and their care partners and families.
Programs include:- Counselling, system navigation and support groups
- Client education
- Therapeutic recreation: group and in-home
- Public education and awareness
- Dementia friendly communities training
- Volunteer opportunities
