Service Description:

Support and services to people with a serious mental health illness
Participants reside in various settings in the community, including group home, apartments and family homes * supports are offered in all aspects of life including recovery, life skills, medication administration, health monitoring, recreation, community participation, healthy relationships and recreation and leisure. This program is intended for persons with greater independant skills.
