Our services include:
Job Match (Recruitment) - Provides employers across Southwestern Ontario with coordinated access to qualified immigrant talent through dedicated screening, job matching and recruitment services
Employer Engagement - Provides one-on-one consultation, customized education, training and coaching for the recruitment, retention and workplace integration of newcomers
Mentorship Programs - Brings together immigrant talent with volunteer mentors at regional companies * programs strengthen leadership, coaching and cross-cultural skills of company employees who volunteer their time and knowledge as a mentor to a skilled Canadian newcomer
