Service Description:

Employment Services: Personalized support with career planning, job searches, workshops, and vocational assessments.
Employment Resource Centre: Provides computers, internet, phones, printing, job banks, and apprenticeship information.
Adult & Youth Employment Programs: One-on-one employment consulting, resume and interview workshops, career exploration, employer connections, hiring incentives, and Canada-Ontario Job Grant information.
Better Jobs Ontario: Helps eligible unemployed or laid-off individuals access skills training for occupations with job opportunities. Contact an Employment Consultant to discuss eligibility.
In Motion and Momentum Workshops: Employment workshops tailored to two age groups: ages 30 and under, and ages 30 and over.

Eligibility / Target Population:

Employment Planning and Preparation (EEP) and Job Development and Placement Support (JDPS) - Youth 16 to 24 years, out of school and out of work, and not receiving Employment Insurance benefits
Summer Jobs Service (SJS) - Students 15 to 24 years (up to 29, for persons with disabilities) may register * students must be planning on returning to school in the Fall * student must be a resident of Ontario and eligible to work in Canada
