Accommodation
- Enables people to be as independent as possible and to live and participate, to their fullest extent, in the life of their community * variable levels of supports provided in different environments, dependent on individual needs and abilities * learning opportunities include areas such as self-care, household management, social skills and community awareness

Day Services
-
WDDS' Day Services offer a supportive environment through
three key programs: Employment, Day Respite, and Day Learning. The Employment
program empowers individuals with job training and essential workplace skills
via hands-on experiences. Day Respite provides a safe space for skill
development, relaxation and social interaction, allowing caregivers some
well-deserved time off. Meanwhile, the Day Learning program engages
participants in experiential and interactive activities focused on skill
development in a fun, recreational setting. Together, these programs promote
growth, independence, and enjoyment in daily life, helping to cultivate a
community where everybody belongs.

Family Support Services
-
WDDS
offers Family Services to assist caregivers and their loved ones to access
appropriate resources, relief, and navigate the developmental services sector.
Family Services encompasses the Family Support Program for families with
children under 18 years old, Summer Camp Support for ages 10-21 (which includes
the service of Summer Camp Inclusion Counsellors for children under the age of
16), and Youth to Adult Transition Planning. Services are either funded by the
MCCSS or fee-for-service.
