Service Description:

Weekly classes in mind-body techniques and martial arts to assist children struggling with any childhood illness and their siblings * Heroes Circle incorporates modern integrative medicine with traditional martial arts * specially trained black belt martial artists teach breathing, visualization, and relaxation techniques in addition to traditional martial arts moves
Additional services include:
- support during hospital and clinic procedures
- sibling support programs
- group and individual parent counseling
- referrals for other community resources
- workshops for health care professionals
