Service Description:

People with foot problems unrelated to diabetes but
specialize in diabetes or neuropathy related foot problems. Please call to
inquire.
London Diabetes Foot Clinic is located inside Creative Orthotic Solutions,
a multidisciplinary clinic with an Advanced Practice Wound and Foot Care
Nurse(MClSc-WH), Advanced Foot and Wound Specialist Nurse (NSWOC), and a
Certified Orthotist.
Offloading for diabetic or neuropathic foot wounds provided by Orthotist
and covered through OHAH to heal wounds.
This is not an OHIP funded clinic for nail and callus care or advanced wound
care. Wound Specialist/Advanced foot care nurse visits = $60.00 for self
pay or $85.00 if patient has extended benefit coverage (Debit or Cash accepted
and receipts provided)
Wound Specialist services:
Advanced lower leg and foot assessment.
-Advanced wound assessment and wound care +/- conservative sharp debridement
and application of advanced wound care dressings if necessary
-Coordination with OHAH and family md as needed.
Certified Orthotist services
-Long term offloading assessment resulting in custom orthotics, custom
compressed felt offloading, crow walker, custom orthotics, compression (this is
not a complete list- contact creative orthotic solutions at 519-432-6262 for
more information)
