Eligibility / Target Population:

Individual therapy services are available for people of any age
For group therapy, you must be 18 and older
Individual and group therapy sessions are available to people who have attended Talk-In Counselling AND completed the Brief Therapy Program. It is also available to people who are currently being treated by the Outpatient Psychiatry Team
