Harm reduction program and counselling to help ensure that people who use drugs have access to sterile injection equipment to prevent transmission of HIV, hepatitis B, hepatitis C and other blood-borne infections and diseases * dispenses free Naloxone take-home kits (lifesaving medication that can restore breathing of a person who has overdosed on heroin or opioid medication) * collection and safe disposal of used sharps, syringes and other drug use equipment
