Service Description: Mentoring program for boys and girls to strengthen and enhance development and build confidence and empower them to face difficult challenges

Traditional Program - Big Brothers/Big Sisters' - One-on-one friendship and guidance * children benefit from the support, influence and mentoring of an adult

Buddy Program - Waiting list activities

Child and Safety Program - Child safety and child abuse prevention program for children 6-16 years and volunteers working with child/youth focused organizations

Group Recreation Program - For those waiting to enter to program * times and dates dependent on need

Fees: Free
Application: Parents/guardians can call directly to initiate service * referrals also from schools, health care professionals and community agencies
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Little Brothers and Sisters - Children and youth 6-16 years
Big Brothers and Sisters - Adults 19 years and older with police clearance, medical clearance and character references * must go through a screening and training process
