Ride, Don't Hide is a community bike ride for mental health, sponsored nationally by Shoppers Drug Marts. Together, we can raise awareness and funds that make a significant impact in our community. Our goal is to engage families, recreational bike riders and cycling enthusiasts in a 25km, 50km or 100km bike ride around Grey Bruce because healthy choices, including exercise, builds resiliency and promotes positive mental health.

There is no health without mental health. As awareness of mental health issues increase, many corporations are including mental health as part of their corporate social responsibility and over all wellness plans. We know mental illness does not affect a person in isolation. It impacts families, friends, co-workers and our community. That is why we are hoping to engage the entire Grey Bruce community to take part in this exciting event.
