- Friendly visiting programs provide friendship and shared activities, usually by volunteers, for individuals who feel socially isolated, or have a medical condition or disease for whom companionship offers additional emotional and practical support.

In-Home Nursing

Nursing can be provided in a home, work or school setting to people of all ages with a wide range of health issues. Therapy, personal support and home support
may also be offered.
- In-Home Personal Support
- Personal support encompasses such care as grooming, dressing, bathing, transferring, bed care, medication compliance, simple wound dressings, blood sugar and blood pressure monitoring and respite care. This care is usually performed by a personal care support worker (PSW) or health care aide (HCA).
- Meal Delivery Services
- Meals on Wheels services prepare and deliver regular hot or frozen meals to the elderly or individuals with disabilities.
- Home and Community Care - LHIN
- Health care services offered at home, at school, and in the community, as well as access to supported living programs and long-term care, are coordinated by Local Health Integration Networks (LHINs) to ensure people of all ages can make informed choices about their care, when and where they need it..
