Self-Harm - Oxford and Norfolk


Services that provide counselling and support to people who cause deliberate, non-life threatening harm to themselves. It can be a one-time event, or happen over time, but often develops as a way of coping with difficult situations or painful thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
