Workers will assist clients to follow physiotherapist prescribed exercises as well as basic daily regimes

Care co-ordination is also provided * the Assisted Living Supervisor coordinates all elements of client care based on assessment results and conversation with the client and family * Supervisor connects with appropriate community resources such as the family primary health care professional, community support services CCAC, mental health services and other services as required
