Service Description:

Recreation and wellness centre for older adults * fitness centre * two pools (one size and one warm therapy pool) * full service cafe with frozen take home meals available for purchase * transportation services to and from the centre available
- fitness (exercise classes, tai chi, yoga, zumba, line dancing, music/movement and more)
- aquatics programs with Aqua-fit, Water Walking, and gentle fit classes
- sports leagues (pickleball, basketball, carpet ball, floor curling)
- card games (bridge, euchre, cribbage)
- social programs (music, ukulele, creative club, wood carving)
- day trips
- luncheons, special events, educational seminars, health fairs, guest speakers, connect cafe
- full-service fitness room
- drop-in programs
