Health & Wellness

Aquatics & Swim Programs
From swimming lessons and lane swims to aquafit classes and recreational swimming, YMCA aquatic programs help participants build confidence, safety skills, and lifelong healthy habits. Advanced certifications, including First Aid, CPR, and lifeguarding, are also available.
Fitness & Wellness
YMCA fitness centres offer a variety of equipment, group fitness classes, and supportive staff to help members achieve their health and wellness goals. Programs include strength training, cardio, cycling, yoga, and other activities designed for all fitness levels and abilities.
Recreation & Sports
Recreational and sport-based programs encourage active living, skill development, and community engagement through activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, and other group programs for children, youth, and adults.
Child Care
Licensed child care programs provide safe, nurturing environments where children from infancy through school age can learn, grow, and thrive through play-based experiences and caring relationships.
Day Camps & Summer Camps
YMCA camps offer fun, inclusive, and engaging experiences during the summer, March Break, professional development days, and holiday breaks. Through recreation, discovery, and teamwork, campers build confidence, independence, friendships, and lifelong memories.
