Service Description:

Provides personal support services for seniors and adults requiring assistance in their homes.
Services include:
- assistance with personal care
- mobility support
- fall prevention
- companionship
- safety supervision
- meal preparation
- hydration support and medication reminders.
Respite support for family caregivers is available.
Additional support may be provided following hospital discharge, illness, surgery, or rehabilitation, as well as for individuals living with dementia or other cognitive impairments. Palliative and end-of-life support services are also available.
Offers short-term, ongoing, overnight, and other in-home care options.
