Service Description: Helps maintain independence, while the individual remains in their home and community, with various programs
 
Adult Day Service - Romeo Court Stratford - Integrated day program for seniors and adults with varying needs
 
Alzheimer Day Away Service - Adult day program for those diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or Alzheimer's like dementia * offers specialized services customized to person's skills, background and interests
 
Caregiver Education Series Perth and Huron - Education sessions for caregivers * topics include, coping strategies, tackling emotions, staying healthy and accessing community resources
 
Foot Care - Certified Nurses providing basic and advanced foot care and foot health education in clinic settings, as well as private in-home care
 
Special Steps Alzheimer Walking Program - Volunteers are trained, supported and matched with an individual with dementia living in the community
 
Visiting and Shift Nursing - Provides a wide range of in-home nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, general monitoring, palliative care, catheter care, etc.
 
Wellness Program - Offers wellness clinics and immunization clinics for private customers and customers that have been contracted on a national level through VON Canada, in Perth and Huron Counties and the Region of Waterloo
