First Link Learning Series and Social Work Support - One-on-one and group supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias and their families and care partners
 
Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)- Learning the Ropes - Program for community dwelling older adults experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their family member or friend * facilitated by Registered Social Workers * focus of program is on optimizing cognitive health through lifestyle choices, memory training, and psychosocial support
 
Public Education Programs - Education programs geared toward health professionals, first responders, general public, students and volunteers * programs offered in multiple locations
 
Social Recreation and Volunteer Companion Services - Programs offering social, recreational and companionship opportunities to people with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias * clients must be registered and undergo brief assessment prior to participation
