Caring With Confidence - Support groups for care partners and those living with the disease

First Link Learning Series - Provides education and information to people newly diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias and family members through the First Steps program
 
Client Information, Education and Support Programs - Information, support and assistance to persons living with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners
 
First Link - One-on-one counseling and group supports for caregivers, including family and friends
 
Minds in Motion™ - Program for people living with early to mid-stage Alzheimer's disease or other dementias and their care partners * provides physical activity and brain stimulation * offered for 2 hours a week in 8 week sessions * available in St Marys, Stratford, and Listowel
 
Public Education Programs -

Education, awareness programs and resources for health care providers on Alzheimer's disease and other dementias

Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) - Offers 7 hours of dementia care training to long-term care staff which focuses on the meaning behind responsive behaviours and strategies to manage behaviours

Public Education Presentations - Education and awareness presentations designed for the General Public

Finding Your Way - Education and awareness presentations designed for the General Public in relation to wandering, way finding and safety in and about the community. Presentations and training available to First Responders, Emergency Services, organizations, and businesses.
