Planning Services Program - Program offers initial consultations, independent person-centred planning and information resources on services, programs and products * supports inclusion and helps people participate more fully and benefit from the life in their community * contact: Cindy De Graaf - ext 236

Membership Services - Individual membership is open to all people with cerebral palsy, their parents/family members as well as professionals who have an interest in the welfare of persons with cerebral palsy * group members are non-profit organizations who provide services to people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities in their communities * contact Lynn Addae at ext 231 or email: lynn@ofcp.ca

Educational and Recreational Services - Works to improve the quality of life through education for people with cerebral palsy * offers conferences, workshops, seminars, public speaking and printed audio/visual materials * contact: Steven Beith - ext 230 or email stevenb@ofcp.ca

The Children and Families Program - Supports and responds to requests from families of parents with children with cerebral palsy by offering information and resources that will assist in caring for their child * also responds to inquiries from professionals, organizations and students regarding cerebral palsy * contact: Cathy Persons - ext 224 or families@ofcp.ca

Assistive Devices Funding Program - ext 222 - Financial assistance program for the purchase of equipment for persons with cerebral palsy * categories of equipment include: communication and writing aids; enteral feeding equipment; orthotic devices; respiratory equipment; wheelchairs, positioning and ambulation aids; home accessibility aids; bathing and washroom aids and electronic aids for daily living; hospital beds and mattresses; and car seats

Life Enriching Activity Funding Program (LEAF) - Provides opportunities to people with cerebral palsy who are a member of OFCP to participate in a Life Enriching Activity of their choice * examples include horseback riding, summer camp, swimming, art lessons, computer classes, or a community-based day program * see web site for further information * contact: Kelly - ext 222 or email kelly@ofcp.ca

OFCP Household Pickup Service - Home pickup of used clothing and household goods and neighborhood used clothing donation bins in partnership with Value Village * call the OFCP for pickup info, or register for a pickup on web site
