Mental Health and Addictions - Variety of patient assessments and emergency psychiatry, and child and youth mental health services

Teleburn - Burn patients receive remote assessments from a burn specialist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre

- Digital photographs of skin conditions forwarded to a dermatologist for a diagnosis and treatment recommendations

Telehomecare (THC) - Self-management program for people with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart failure, and associated comorbidities * patients contacted in their own homes * nurses teach, coach, and remotely monitor patient health

Teleophthalmology - Retinal screening for people with diabetes, to detect retinopathy and prevent blindness * special camera used by a primary care provider to take a picture of the retina * online assessment, diagnosis and treatment recommendations from an ophthalmologist

Telestroke - Stroke patients receive remote neurological assessments for emergency care * centralized archive and communication system for head scans

Teletrauma - Trauma patients receive remote assessments from a trauma specialist for emergency stabilization and treatment before being transported to a trauma centre
