Child Care Exchange Program - Babysitting exchange program that allows single mothers to exchange monthly babysitting hours with other single mothers * offered once a month for three hours

Let's Talk About It Program - Support group where single mothers can speak freely about their struggles and successes in a confidential environment

Life Skills / Life Coaching - Intensive 6-week program where clients attend group workshops that focus on positivity, practical goal setting, and awareness building * at the end of the 6-week course participants are welcome to attend 3 one-on-one life coaching appointments with a trained life coach where more personal goals are examined

Community Support Agent Program - One-on-one emotional and social support from a Community Support Agent

Little Fish Program - Drop-in child care service for mothers attempting to attend court proceedings, interview for employment, or attend to other business * offered three days a week

Diaper Bank - Supply of diapers available for pick-up

Toys for Tots - Christmas program that distributes toys to families in need

SMART Scholarship - Financial assistance to help single mothers further their post-secondary education * scholarship offered once a year
