Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults 18 and over, in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
- meals
- individualized social and recreational plans for each client
- caregiver support
- blood pressure, weight and medical monitoring (by a registered nurse or registered practical nurse)
- foot care (for a fee)
