Service Description: The St. Thomas-Elgin Local Immigration Partnership (STELIP) is a collaborative community initiative dedicated to building welcoming, caring, and affirming communities.

We support newcomers in growing connections and fostering belonging, while celebrating diversity and addressing systemic barriers.

Guided by our Council of community members and local organizations, we work together to create a place where everyone can call St. Thomas and Elgin County home.
