Exercise and Falls Prevention Classes in the South West

Seniors in the South West now have improved access to exercise and falls prevention classes. The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) selected a number of Community Support Service providers to offer these classes throughout the region. Check back regularly as more locations are added.
