Flu season has arrived! Community vaccinations clinics are now over but flu shots are still available through your family physician and participating pharmacies. Here you will find important flu shot facts as well as the latest flu news from across the South West.
Group Exercise and Falls Prevention Classes in the South West

Seniors in the South West now have improved access to exercise and falls prevention classes. The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) selected a number of Community Support Service providers to offer these classes throughout the region. Check back regularly as more classes are scheduled.
